7 Keys to Understanding the Fullness of the Gospel

As you progress in your Christianity, you will grow deeper in your knowledge and understanding of the gospel.

When we get saved it is the most important beginning we can ever have, but it is only the beginning.  It’s like a golden key that opens the door to the  life that God has planned for us.  This is the fullness of the gospel in which He calls us kings and priests.

There are 7 keys to realizing your identity as a son or daughter of God.

But first you should be aware of why people struggle with internalizing God’s word:

  1. We have a limited minds working against us
  2. Our faith has to grow into understanding the Gospel
  3. Our sinful minds tend towards doubt and unbelief
  4. The devil’s constant deception going against us
  5. Others around us confidently denying the gospel
  6. Our experience backed by false understanding
  7. Our sinful tendency is to take the easy road

Key 1: You are called by God into something great

God has called you to be a part of His royal family, not by anything that you did, but simply because He has called you.

Key 2: God has put an anointing on you of true greatness

This is an anointing of compassion, grace and boldness.  He has anointed you to be fearless in the face of life’s challenges.

Key 3: The mark of favor is on your life and your work

God has given us divine enablement for every area of our lives, to transition us from who we used to be into a king and priest.

Key 4: You are armored for conquering

God has skilled you and anointed you to fight and win. We were meant to run towards the battle and claim victory.

Key 5: Staying faithful to the stages of growth

The way you view your trials in life can affect your experience of the gospel.  Your trials serve to build you up, not knock you down.

Key 6: Kings view things differently

Live like a king, believe like a priest.  The way you carry yourself speaks volumes to other people. We should always model God’s kingdom and character in all that we do.

Key 7: You realize the real enemies in your life

When you fully view as God sees you, you are able to identify the real enemies in your life that God has called you to tackle, such as:

  • Poverty
  • Laziness
  • Doubt
  • The Status quo
  • Giving up

Mount up, put on the full armor of God and walk in the fullness of the Gospel.  You are a king and priest.
