How To Host A Crew

New Life Crews are the smaller communities that meet throughout the week – whether in homes, coffee shops, or cafés – to hang out, read the Bible and grow in life together. These communities allow New Life to grow larger and smaller simultaneously.

Crew Hosts are the creators and keepers of these communities. Hosting a Crew is a great responsibility but if you have a heart for people, it’s simple!

You don’t need to be an eloquent speaker or a Bible scholar or have a perfectly balanced life; you simply need to have a heart for creating community. If you have that, you are qualified!

Step 1. Apply online.

It only takes a few mins – anyone can apply!

Step 2. Complete the Online Crew Training.
Once you’ve completed your application, you’ll be sent through the Online Crew Training. This will give you the tools for a successful Crew. But good news, you’re not in this process alone!

Step 3. Meet your Crew Coach.
Once you’ve completed the Crew Training, you’ll be paired with a Coach who will help you through your next steps. If you’re ready to launch a Crew, your Crew Coach will be connected to you all season long to support you in this exciting next step!

Community is a pillar of New Life. It’s not something we do, it’s who we are. If you’d like to be a part of growing our communities, apply online today:
